
Richard C. Baldwin- Contract Administrator
Born: Kansas City, MO, 1948. Married: Theresa Clark Baldwin for 38 years,
5 children. Mr. Baldwin graduated from Allen Military Academy, Bryan, Texas
in 1967, received his BS degree from Sam Houston State University in Law
Enforcement and Police Administration in 1974, and received his Doctor of
Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 1981.
He served
as a Captain in the U.S. Army during Viet Nam with a specialty in chemical,
biological, and nuclear weapons.
Mr. Baldwin is a qualified OSHA instructor,
multi-lines insurance claims adjuster, and accident reconstructionist.
He is a trial attorney with experience in corporate law, personal injury
defense, contract, and employment law litigation. He has served
as in-house counsel for corporations in the construction industry (heavy
highway, petrol-chemical plant construction, and precast products) for more
than twenty-five years. He works with architects, owners, and contractors
to ensure the orderly and timely execution of construction contractual obligations.
