Martha (Beth) Lowe – President

Born Oklahoma City, OK, 1948. Married: Charles R. Lowe for 40 years, three children. Mrs. Lowe graduated from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL in 1971 with a B.S. degree in Business Education.

She served as President/Owner of a natural gas utility in St. Elmo, IL for twelve years before moving to Waco, TX. She now serves as President/Owner of Lowe Precast, Inc.

Beth is a member of Daughters of the American Revolution, Eastern Star, Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute, & the United Methodist Church.
