Charles R. Lowe – Sr. Vice President

Born: Urbana, IL, 1946. Married: Martha (Beth) Coblentz Lowe for 40 years, three children. Mr. Lowe graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1971 with a BS degree in Management. He passed his Certified Public Accountant Certification in 1973 and worked for Touche, Ross, & Co. C.P.A. firm in St. Louis for five years.

He then moved to St. Elmo, IL where he served as Vice-President/Owner of a public utility company for twelve years, until moving to Waco, TX. He now serves as the Sr. Vice President/Owner of Lowe Precast, Inc.

He is active in Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute serving as a member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Productivity Committee & member of the Architectural Committee.

He is a member of the Society of Advancement of Management, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Lions Club, & the United Methodist Church.
