Lowe Precast has received the Certificate of Recognition for Subcontractor Excellence in Construction by the Texas Building Branch-ABC and a Certificate of Commendation for "Excellence in Construction" by the North Texas Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. Lowe Precast is also certified as a Historically Underutilized Business by the Texas Building & Procurement Commission.
